Elizabeth & Patrick were so much fun to work with. Their friends and family were so sweet and up for anything. The days leading up to the wedding were warm, spring like weather (my daughters asked me to pull out their shorts!), which meant their winter wedding dreams would have been crushed. The day before the wedding, it turned brutally cold.. and although that cold and wind continued into the wedding day we are thankful that the rain stayed away and we were able to do the couples photos outside (they were awesome enough to brave the cold!).
The Elmhurst Inn was absolutely stunning. From the suite that the ladies got ready in, to the grounds and the reception hall.. it was just stunning! Every single detail was so thought out. Their cake... wait, no.. there was no cake! It was a giant cinnamon bun topped off with little Maskoka chairs! So in love!!! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to finish these images for them!
Now that our winter wedding is over... the warm weather can come back!!!
